Monoline competed in showjumping and won at M level before she became a broodmare.
Monoline only had only 5 foals. Of these, 3 went on to become approved stallions.
It is because of the extraordinary quality of her offspring that she became one of the most famous and important mares of Holstein.
In 1980 at the age of 15, she gave birth to a filly from Ulan. Unfortunately this filly died.
In 1981 she foaled Cantus, her famous son sired by Caletto I.
In 1982 U-Läster was born, a daughter sired by Lagos.
In 1985 at the age of 20 Monoline gave birth to Caletto II.
In 1986 she foaled her son Lansing sired by Landgraf I.
